Welcome to Whiskey Mistress. By accessing our services, making reservations, or attending our venue, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. General Use

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal drinking age in your location

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You agree to comply with all venue policies and staff instructions

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

 

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Reservations may require a deposit or full payment

  • Table allocations are managed by the venue and may vary

  • Late arrivals may result in loss of reservation after a grace period

 

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments made for reservations, events, or services are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds, where applicable, are at the sole discretion of Whiskey Mistress

  • No-shows or cancellations within restricted periods may result in forfeiture of payment

 

4. Dress Code & Conduct

  • Guests must adhere to the venue’s dress code

  • Inappropriate behavior, harassment, violence, or intoxication may result in removal without refund

  • Respect for staff and other guests is mandatory at all times

 

5. Entry Policy

  • Valid identification may be required for entry

  • Security checks may be conducted

  • Entry may be denied for safety, capacity, or policy reasons

 

6. VIP & Table Service

  • VIP and table bookings include specific benefits which may vary

  • Minimum spend requirements may apply

  • Additional charges may apply for extended service or special requests

 

7. Liability

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings

  • Whiskey Mistress is not liable for loss, theft, or damage

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to venue property

 

8. Photography & Media

  • By entering the venue, you consent to photography and video recording

  • Content may be used for promotional purposes

  • If you wish to opt out, notify management in advance

 

9. Health & Safety

  • Guests must comply with all health and safety regulations

  • Entry may be restricted during public health or safety concerns

 

10. Third-Party Services

  • Some services may be provided by third parties

  • We are not responsible for third-party performance or actions

 

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be handled within its jurisdiction.
